Justin Dauwels Dr. Justin Dauwels is an Associate Professor at the TU Delft (Signals and Systems, Department of Microelectronics). At the TU Delft, he serves as scientific lead of the Model-Driven Decisions Lab (MoDDL), a first lab for the Knowledge Building program between the police and the TU Delft. He also serves as Chairperson of the EE Board of Studies, and is a board member of the Netherlands Institute for Research on ICT. He served as Chairman of the IEEE CIS Chapter in Singapore from 2018 to 2020, and served as Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing (2018 – 2023), Associate Editor of the Elsevier journal Signal Processing (since 2021), member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Neural Systems, and organizer of IEEE conferences and special sessions. He was also Elected Member of the IEEE Signal Processing Theory and Methods Technical Committee and IEEE Biomedical Signal Processing Technical Committee (2018-2023).

Tingwen Huang Tingwen Huangis a Professor at Texas A&M University at Qatar. He received his B.S. degree from Southwest University, China, 1990, his M.S. degree from Sichuan University, China, 1993, and his Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, 2002. After graduating from Texas A&M University, he worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor there. Then he joined Texas A&M University at Qatar as an Assistant Professor in August 2003, then he was promoted to Professor in 2013. Dr. Huang’s research areas include neural networks, chaotic dynamical systems, complex networks, optimization and control, and smart grid. He is a Fellow of TWAS, IAPR and IEEE, a Member of The European Academy of Sciences and Arts.

Faiez Gargouri Faïez Gargouri is Professor at the Institut Supérieur d’Informatique et de Multimédia de Sfax (Tunisia), where he is the head. He obtained his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Paris 6 University (1990) and a PhD from the Paris 5 University (1995). In 2002, he obtained an Habilitation Universitaire en Informatique from the Faculté des Sciences de Tunis (Tunisia). He is a Former Vice President of the University of Sfax. His research interest focus of information systems field: Design, Quality measurement, Verification, Data Warehousing, Multimedia, Knowledge management, Ontology. He published more than 100 papers in journals, international conferences and he is a PC member of multiple international conferences
